If you had told me a few years ago that fitness would become such a big part of my life, I might not have believed you. But almost two years ago, I joined Flock Fitness, and it completely transformed my journey. Fitness has not only impacted my physical health but also my mental wellbeing – truly every aspect of my life.
I wanted to share some of my top fitness tips:
- Prioritize Rest: Getting enough sleep is essential. Go to bed early to ensure your body has time to recover and recharge.
- Find Your Tribe: Whether it’s a friend, a trainer, or a group, having people to support and hold you accountable makes all the difference.
- Practice Portion Control: Enjoy the foods you love, but in moderation. It’s all about balance, not deprivation.
- Stay Persistent: You’ll face challenges along the way, but don’t let them stop you. Keep pushing forward, no matter what.
