Home Inspections
As defined by InterNachi’s Standard of Practice, a home inspection is a non-invasive visual examination of the accessible areas of a residential property. This inspection will not reveal every issue that exists rather only those material defects observed on the day of inspection and will not be a prediction of future conditions. The client shall receive a written format report identifying defects within specific system and components defined by these standards that are both observed and deemed material by inspector. Inspection reports may include additional comments and recommendations.
We love to exceed the standards and your expectations with our inspection!
