It’s that time of year again! 🎃 With two young kids, Halloween in our house means carving pumpkins, hanging decorations, trick-or-treating, and, of course, trying very hard not to eat all the candy ourselves.

But while we love a good Halloween scare, there’s something far spookier we’ve seen a lot more of this year – and it doesn’t involve ghosts or goblins.

We’re talking about tenants living with mold or water damage who need an expert on their side to explain the severity of the situation to their property managers.

Our inspections are thorough – we use infrared imaging and standard photos to identify affected areas, explain the findings clearly, and provide detailed recommendations in an easy-to-read report.

Tenants can then take that report to their property manager or landlord to explain the situation entirely and if appropriate, request proper remediation. And it works!
